Develop skills to monitor coal preparation plant processes and support coal preparation activities.

Who is this course for?

For people working or seeking operational work in civil infrastructure, coal mining, construction, drilling, extractive industries and metalliferous mining.

Delivery and duration

Face-to-face classroom delivery with pre-course learning. Duration: 9-10 days. Expected study: up to 65 hours, depending on prior knowledge, skills and experience.

Equipment, PPE and practical access

Computer/laptop with relevant software such as, but not limited to, the following

internet access preferably through Google Chrome; MS Word and PowerPoint; Adobe Acrobat Reader

Personal protective equipment (PPE) including

long sleeved shirt; long pants; steel capped or closed toe safety boots

Fees and payment

RPL is not applicable to this unit.
